SAT, ACT and College Prep
- We have teachers who specialize in teaching the critical reading and essay sections and other teachers who specialize in teaching the mathematics sections. Most students know which sections they need the most help with, and we match them with the appropriate teacher.
- We start teaching immediately rather than first administering a diagnostic test. Students work on sample questions one at a time and discuss their reasoning processes with our teachers as they work, so that the teachers immediately find and correct students' weaknesses.
- Essay writing is divided into several steps. Students learn how much time to spend on each step, in addition to learning the different structures of the introductory, body and conclusion paragraphs.
- Our teachers for the language arts part of the SAT and ACT emphasize reading strategies, vocabulary, and timed writing. Our math and science teachers show how to convert word problems into equations and logical reasoning. We practice solving the equations and completing the logical reasoning. Our teaching is always one-on-one.
- Students can vary their appointment times from week to week, and there is no need to sign a contract. Take only the number of sessions necessary to attain the scores necessary for admission to the university of your choice.
- Our cost for individual tutoring is much less than group or class tutoring at other companies.
